Can upgrades or changes be made to the promotional trip?

Yes. Every recipient is entitled to the promotional package as outlined in their certificate. However, Odenza’s travel agents can also help book a customized vacation. This may include extending the stay, adding additional travelers, upgrading accommodations, traveling over a holiday or weekend, or in some cases selecting an entirely different destination. These upgrades are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability. Agents can also assist with booking add-ons not included in the promotional vacation, such as flights, car rentals, attraction passes, and more.

Why are funds required before working with a travel agent?

Travel pricing and availability can change at any time. Funds are required at registration so that when a guest is ready to book, a reservation can be secured immediately. Guests will receive a full 100 percent refund if they choose not to book at any point.

Is the certificate transferable?

Yes, the certificate is transferable prior to registration.

Can two or more certificates be used together for group travel?
